Harissa and Tunisian seasoning make this salad warming and perfect for blustery days, even when you eat it straight from the fridge. It has tons of healthy protein, boat loads of real fiber, delicious roasted veggies and herbs, and healthy fats. Its spices are anti-inflammatory and its vegan! But none of these would matter if it wasn’t easy to make and irresistibly delicious.

Quick-Dinner Crowd-Pleaser: Sausage-Alfredo Shells
This creamy sausage pasta is the number one quick-dinner crowd-pleaser at our house. The whole thing comes together in less than 30 minutes (I’ve made it in under 20). Anyone who comes to the table hangry leaves with a happy belly.

Toasty Baked Mac and Cheese
In 2025 Martha’s mac and cheese recipe was finally posted on her website. Far and away the most common complaint about the online recipe is that the amount of cheese doesn’t work. So, despite the fact that I just changed the ratios and added some toasty cheese, I think my adaptation is worth sharing. It owes everything to Martha, but also, even Martha’s recipes can sometimes evolve.
